I was there, the gig was average - horrible sound (couldn’t make out the guitar solos and vocals at the start weren’t totally clear) and too many little fags in the mosh running in circles ruining it for the rest...

Didnt take my camera so the mobile photos are rubbish.

I gotta agree with militia. I was at the Melbourne show and found it quite average also. The band made a few stuff ups throughout the set, at one point there was way too much bass and the band seemed quite tired.

I haven't actually listened to Children of Bodom in quite a few years, but it was good to see them for nostalgic purposes. But performance wise, they just weren't that great. And the little shitheads in the mosh really got on my nerves.

Heard that the 2005 gig was awful from people that went and honestly didnt think Enmore would suck just as much as Gaelic. Ah well atleast some of those classic tunes rocked - the rest was bellow average.

I was over to the left and the sound was a bit better there- but not much. The second guitar was turned was down and the bass was a bit too high. Was heaps better sound than in 2005 though. Like you Goran I didn't bother with the camera and my new phone takes really poor quality pics so I didn't bother. Fuck didn't recognise too many people in the crowd, just a lot of young kids who were probably at their first 'real' gig. Even seen mums and dads waiting in the saloon seating out in the bar area when I went and got a drink... Laughing

Indeed. Well atleast Andy from Lord said hi to me which was nice of him. Was the gig a sell out? Ive heard that it wasnt.

Enmore is a nice venue - Amon Amarth were pretty good - last good gig Ive seen there.

From what I was told it was a sell out, but there seemed to be plenty of room in the front standing section don't you think? It was the first time I had been to the Enmore- looks like a great venue, shame about trying to get a park though, had to drive around back streets for half an hour and even then got a park that was sooo small it was worthy of a gold medal...

Hahah yeh. Two of my friends both drove and found parking without a problem at around 8. - those streets to the right of the venue.
